What You'll Work On

  Training Large Language Models (LLMs)

  Fine-tune and optimize specialized AI models for specific business domains and applications.

  Data Preparation & Cleaning Pipelines

  Design and implement robust data processing workflows to ensure high-quality training data.

  Synthetic Data Generation

  Create high-quality synthetic data to enhance model reasoning capabilities and address data scarcity challenges.

  Developing AI Agents & RAG Systems

  Build and improve retrieval-augmented generation systems and AI agents for complex business workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled students in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, Rust is nice to have
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts
• Interest in natural language processing and large language models
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
