Customers and prospects: Name, email address, company name, job title, billing address, payment information, and communication history.
Model users (via Databricks Marketplace, HuggingFace, or API): We do not collect, store, or process any data that you input into our AI models. All inference runs entirely within your own infrastructure. We have no access to your input data or model outputs.

We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining our services
- Processing transactions and sending invoices
- Responding to inquiries and support requests
- Sending product updates (only with your consent)
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Website analytics, fraud prevention, and improving our services.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Tax records, regulatory compliance.

- Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud) for hosting — under standard data processing agreements.
- Payment processors for billing — they process data under their own privacy policies.
- Legal authorities when required by law.
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

9. Our AI Models and Your Data
This is important: Our AI models (EU PII Safeguard, GReaT, Faust, and others) are designed to run on-premise or within your own cloud environment. When you use our models via Databricks Marketplace or any other distribution channel:
- Your data never leaves your infrastructure
- We have no access to your inputs or outputs
- No telemetry or usage data is sent back to us
- You retain full ownership and control of your data
